Bills payment

Important part of every property care is the utility bills payment. In Bulgaria all bills are paid monthly and in cash. Missing the date of payment, leads to penalties which increase your property budget. The bills for your Bulgarian property are composed once a month. In Bulgaria you do not receive your bills list at home.


To take the readings and pay the bills, the property owner need to visit the Local Companies offices – Electricity, Water, Telephone, Internet etc. and check up if the bills are ready for payment.
