While you are not present in

inspections of your
property /house, villa,
apartment/ making full check
of your property and
contents and care for the
basic needs of your home.

The visits
include:

Composing
an initial inventory list with all your
house contents – furnishing, appliances,
special features – on the primary visit

Visual
inspection of the interior, and check
for any obvious defects
|
|
|
Airing
off all rooms in the property
|
|
|
Check-up:
- for insect-pests damages
- appliances and electrical equipment
- furniture and household goods for
damages, wear and tear
- sanitary equipment and plumbing,
flushing the toilets for refreshment
- security system and equipment
- for cracks and building aberrations -
outside and inside
- garden condition
- inventory from the initial list

Communicating with neighbors and
property relevant individuals

Sending report including check-up list
